Am I able to backup all of my data?
Yes, you are able to backup all of your contacts, companies, deals, cases, and tasks at any time. To backup your data go to Settings > Backup and Exports, Click New Backup, and then select any or all sections you would like to backup and then click Export.
Once it is finished, there are 2 ways to download in the data:
- You'll get an email to download a CSV for the different sections you backed up.
- You can refresh the Backup & Export page, and click the download button.
