How do I change a user's name, initials, password, user type, permissions or groups?

*Only owners and admins can access this section. You will NOT be able to edit your own user settings through this page. Another admin will need to do it, or the owner of the account or business can email support and we can help you. 

When your user has a name change, needs to reset their password, or you need to change their permissions or user type, you can change any of these settings within the "Users" section of karma.  

Go to Settings > Users and click the edit pencil next to the name of the user you would like to edit.

The Edit User page appears.

You can make the changes such as email address, initials, password, roles, and permissions.

Click on Save button to save the changes.
