My Email Dropbox

KarmaCRM allows you to easily keep a record of all emails that you have sent to a contact or received from a contact. While sending an email to a contact, add your Dropbox email address in BCC field and the record of an email is added to the contact’s profile.

If the contact does not have the karmaCRM profile account, the system automatically creates a contact and adds an email record to contact’s profile.

The Dropbox email address is a unique address for each user of the account. In the top navigation bar, click on the drop down arrow available corresponding to your name, as below.

A large box will appear on your screen with your dropbox email address. This address is unique to the user.
