KarmaCRM organizes your tasks in different sections such as completed tasks, important tasks, due tasks, and all tasks. Click on Tasks tab as below.

In the left sidebar, you can see different types of sections in Sections, as below.

  • My Tasks
  • All Tasks
  • Due
  • Starred
  • Completed

See My Tasks

In the left sidebar, click on My Tasks link and see the list of tasks in the main page area.

You can see the list of all tasks that are created by you and the tasks that are assigned to you by other users. When you see the list of tasks, there is an option to sort the list of tasks by task lists, category, assigned, creator, due date, and creation date. 

For all the tasks that you see in the tasks list, you can edit or delete a task, add comments, mark it as important or complete.

See All Tasks

In the left sidebar, click on All Tasks link and the list of all tasks is opened in a separate tab as All Tasks.

You can see the list of all tasks that are assigned to you, created by you and in which you are added as participant. But as an account owner and admin, you can see all tasks that are assigned to you and other users, and that are created by you and other users also.

You can see checkboxes of different colors corresponding to the task.

  • Red Color: The red color checkbox indicates that the due date of task has passed. However the task is not completed yet.
  • Yellow Color: The yellow color checkbox indicates that the due date of task is today, the current day when you see the task.

Click on New Task button to create a new task. 

You can also sort the list of all tasks in ascending and descending order of the date when task was created, ascending and descending order of the date when task was last updated and ascending and descending order of the due date of a task. 

For all the tasks that you see in the tasks list, you can edit or delete a task, add comments, mark it as important or complete.

See Due Tasks

In this section, you can see the list of all tasks that are due to be completed, whether the due date is gone, or the due date falls in current week, or due date is the present day. You can see the list view depending on the option selected in Sort by drop-down list.

For example: If Due Date option is selected, the tasks are categorized by their due dates.

Overdue

In this section, you can see the list of all tasks whose due date has gone past. You can see the red color checkbox corresponding to each overdue task.

For each overdue task, you can see the name of task, category of task, the task list name, the due date of task, name of user to whom the task was assigned, and the participants of that task.

If the participant is any contact, company, or deal, click on

icon to see the brief summary of that participant.

You can see the name, address, tags and any notes added for the participant.

Today

In this section, you can see the list of tasks whose due date is today, the present day. You can see the yellow color checkbox corresponding to each task in this list.

This Month

In this section, you can see the list of tasks whose due date falls in current month. You can see the yellow color checkbox corresponding to each task whose due date is today.

For all the tasks that you see in the tasks list, you can edit or delete a task, add comments, mark it as important or complete

See Important Tasks

In this section, you can see the list of all tasks that you have marked as important.

For all the tasks that you see in the tasks list, you can edit or delete a task, add comments, mark it as important or complete.

See Completed Tasks

In this section, you can see the list of all tasks that are already completed. You can see the list view depending on the option selected in Sort by drop-down list.

For example: If Due Date option is selected, the completed tasks are categorized by their due dates.

  • If the due date of completed task is the next day, you can see that the task is listed in Tomorrow category.
  • If the due date of completed task already gone past, you can see that the task is listed in Over-Due category
  • If the due date of completed task is the present day, you can see that the task is listed in Today category.
  • If the due date of completed task exists in this month, you can see that the task is listed in This Month category.
  • If the due date of completed task is not available, you can see that the task is listed in No Due Date category.

The user to whom task assigned as well as any participant of task, can mark the task as completed. If you want to make a separate task for any participant, you can create a sub-task or follow up task after completing the task.

For each completed task, you can see the title of task, the due date of task, the initials of the user name to whom the task is assigned, the name of user who completed the task and the participants of task.

See Details of Participant: Click on

icon corresponding to participant name. The small window appears where you can see the details of participant such as name, company name, email ID, social accounts and website URL.
