This article covers the various ways you can assign a user to asset such as company, contact, deal and case in karma.
Assign a User to Single Record
When you see the details of any asset such as contact, company and deal, select the user from Assigned To drop-down list as below.
The user is assigned to opened asset.
Assign Same User to Multiple Records
When you see the list of companies, contacts, deals or cases, check the boxes corresponding to records of asset to whom you want to assign same user, as below.
The Bulk Update Menu appears. Select Assign to User option as below.
Select the user and click on Update button. The user is assigned to selected records of asset.
