When you setup data to define a workflow such as for contacts, cases, deals, events and tasks, emails and documents, you can setup email alerts and notifications for different users who are involved in the workflow.

All registered users get email alerts and notifications for all such scenarios such as when a new contact or deal is assigned, a new task is assigned, updated or completed, a note or a comment is posted, an event is scheduled, a calendar is shared, and so on. 

Some examples

Example 1: When you or any other user creates or updates a note, all participants who are involved in that asset for that note, get an email notification, as below.

The email shows the text of note, and the full address of the contact or company for whom this action is taken for the note. You can click on name of company to see its details.

Example 2: When you or any other user imports the list of any asset in karma, the system sends the email notification that import has been finished. 

The email shows the message that import has been finished. Click on View Import link, the Import details page appears, where different actions can be taken such as to redo, undo or confirm the import action.

Example 3: When you or any other user exports the list of any asset from karma, the system sends the email notification that export has been finished as below. 

The email contains the Download the Zip File Here link. Click on this link to download the zip file at the required location of your system.

Example 4: When you or any other user assigns the company, contact or deal to other user, the assigned user and all participants involved in that specific asset, get an email notification, as below.

The email shows the name of company, case, deal, or contact that has been assigned, and the name of user who has assigned.
