Modules and Workflow

KarmaCRM involves integration of a variety of modules to help businesses setup their unique workflow for their requirements. Here is a quick introduction to these modules.

Please see Terminology to see the meanings of the following terms.

  • Contacts: You can use this module for different actions for Contacts, such as to add, manage and organize, import and export, setup workflow for events and tasks, setup relationships and documents, share notes and comments, see log and history, and so on.   • Companies: You can use this module for different actions for Companies, such as to add, manage and organize, import and export, setup workflow for events and tasks, setup relationships and documents, share comments, see log and history and so on.   • Deals: You can use this module for different actions for Deals, such as to add, manage and organize, import and export, setup workflow for events and tasks, setup relationships, share comments, see log and history and so on. (Please see Deals for more details, and for specific articles.)

  • Calendar and Events: You can use this module for different actions for Calendar and Events, such as to create multiple calendars, share calendars, customize calendar view, add events in a calendar, manage events in a calendar, see events, integrate google calendar and so on.   • Tasks: You can use this module for different actions for Tasks such as to add, manage and organize, import and export, see different lists of tasks, organize tasks in folder, see tasks in a calendar, sort tasks by different options and so on.   • Reports: You can use this module for different actions for Reports such as to add and manage reports for deals, contacts, companies, tasks and users, use filters to generate the data in a report depending on what you want to see, assign permissions to access reports and so on.   • Users: You can use this module for different actions for Users such as to add, manage and organize users and groups, assign permissions for users, import users, add users in a group, make the user as active or disabled and so on.   • Settings (includes all customization and Integrations): You can use this module to define settings for your account and calendar, setup email templates and asset record templates, setup integrations with Gmail, Google apps, Google Calendar, setup integrations with MailChimp, setup MS Outlook integration, social media, create webhooks, customize the form view for contacts, cases, deals, companies, setup goals, change the logo and appearance of karma, setup the hierarchy to show the different modules in tabs and so on. (Please see Settings for more details, and for specific articles.)
