In the top navigation bar, click on icon to see the notifications in both the cases whether you want to see the new received notification or you want to see the already read notifications.
When you receive one or more new notifications, you can see the count of new notifications in red color, as below.
A window appears where you can see the notifications, as below.
The notifications are organized for their context, such as whether it is an asset specific, or some account message, or anything. You can see all relevant details such as:
- The asset name, or the purpose, or context of notification: Whether it is related to a case or contact, or if it is a broadcast message
- The notification details: The name of its asset such as case name or contact name or the message body itself, the corresponding action that triggered this notification, the time elapsed when you had received this notification
