In building relationships with your contacts, there’s a lot to be said for taking diligent notes as you get to know them, but an easy way to get started and find some common ground is by looking over their public Internet presence. Through karma’s “Contact Enrichment” feature, you can pull public information from their social media accounts and websites (with contact info that matches that in their contact page) into their contact page, making it easy to refresh your memory of a contact’s likes, dislikes, business background, etc. when you’re reaching back out to them. See below for directions to add this feature to your account!

  1. Contact our support team at [email protected] to let them know that you want this feature enabled, so they can open up the beta features in your account settings. If you have an account with multiple users, make sure to specify which users you want to have access to this feature.
  2. After you’re given the okay by our support team, go to your “Settings” page and click on “Beta Features” at the very bottom of the list on the right hand side of the page.
  3. Click on the drop-down box next to “Contact Enhancement,” click “Enabled,” and click “Save”.
  4. Now, all you have left to do is tell us which contacts you want enriched, and we can do the rest!

Refer below for pricing information, or shoot us a message in the chat box on your account screen if you have any further questions or if you’re ready to get started! 🙂
