**Only the owner and admins can access this section.
You can add new users 2 different ways importing them from a CSV or manually adding them. We'll cover manually adding them in this article.
Go to Settings > Users.
Type the user's first name, last name, and email address. If you want to change their role or permissions, click Show Advanced Options.
Under Advanced Options, you can select their role, the default is User.
You can assign the different permissions to a user.
- Prohibit this member from exporting data: Select this option, if you want that selected role cannot export any data from karmaCRM. This option also ensures that selected role cannot take the print of any data.
- Prohibit this member from deleting any record: Select this option, if you want that selected role cannot delete any record from karmaCRM and merge the contacts.
- Prohibit the member from creating or editing reports: Select this option, if you want that selected role cannot create or edit a report. If you select this option, the selected role can view any report that is not private.
Once you have all of your options selected click the Add button.
