Backing Up Your Contacts, Companies, Deals, Tasks, or Cases

Each time you export contacts, companies, deals, tasks, or cases from karmaCRM, a backup of all of your data will be saved. To access your backed-up contacts, select “Backups & Exports” from the “Account & Settings” drop down menu in the top right corner of karmaCRM.

Here, you’ll see backups of your information from whenever it was exported. You can also see the date that the backup was created, and who created it. Click “Download” to save the backed-up .CSV file to your computer.
